Remember your loved one - and help light the way for so many others - with your gift to Tree of Light
As so many of us know, the holidays can be an especially difficult time for those who have lost a loved one.
Hospice Savannah’s annual Tree of Light, now in its 27th year, is a special time for hope, healing and remembrance. On December 2, 2018 our friends and neighbors will gather to share stories, music, reflection and candlelight, and honor those we remember. Our program features Miranda Briggs, a young veteran, who, through the help of counseling from Hospice Savannah's Full Circle Grief and Loss, is learning to deal with the death of her husband who was also a veteran. Miranda’s husband is one of the 22 veterans who die by suicide every day.
"Support a friend" today, or "start fundraising" to honor someone important to you!
Your gift helps friends, neighbors and families like Miranda’s all year long by providing grief and bereavement support for any child or adult in our community at Hospice Savannah's Full Circle . Because of you, a widowed spouse, or parents who have lost a beloved child or infant, will find a way forward. Because of you, a child who has experienced the devastating death of a parent, friend or sibling will find friendship and lifelong coping skills at Camp Aloha, our weekend camp for grieving kids. Because of you, no one need ever face loss alone.
Thank you for your generous support of Tree of Light!
